Freightliner Century Door Panel Removal

I can help you with this. Iirc there are also 2 torx bolts that need to come out once the panel is loose. I have a 2005 freightliner columbia that says no abs on the digital dash read out. 7 16 wrench t40 torx t20 t25 t27 torx.
Remove the screws on the outside edge of the door there are some black or grey covers that are covering the holes so you can get access to the screws. The hidden bolts is the mirror one though. The panel will probably not come all the way off so you will need to work under it. You just need a door trim puller to go around.
You need to remove one of the bolts that hold the exterior mirror onto the door to be able to remove the panel. Interior door handle it should be able to be replaced without removing the door panel. Sid is 254 and fault 07. Remove the screws from the top panel.
Remove the screws on the bottom all the way around the door panel. Start by getting some replacement door clips for your truck. These are not hidden. Over engineered especially for a freightliner.

Iirc the door panel on a columbia is all snapped in as pretty much the entire interior of a typical freightliner fleet truck after the fld120 is.
