Frameless Shower Door Wall Not Plumb

Frameless shower door wall not plumb. The wall where i want to hinge the frameless glass door is out of plumb by about 1 4 3 8. The notching of shower glass is one of the most precise parts of a frameless shower enclosure. If the out of plumb wall is not the hinge side this will still work but the door will be hung slightly off plumb so it may tend to swing open or closed on it s own but that usually isn t a problem for a shower door since it will have a magnet or latch to keep it closed anyway. I am planning to get my frameless shower door made but i am concerned because the hinges will be mounted on a non plumb wall.

I am worried that the hinges don t line up. Our tile pro can straighten up a bad floor or wall on old framing 7 16 is sort of a lot to be out of plumb in the 6 8 of a door opening. One thing that should always be taken into consideration is plumb and level. Frameless shower doors don t have these risky areas.
