Ford Transit Connect Side Door Will Lock But Not Unlock

Removed mechanism and fitted new mechanism to side door still wont lock have you any advice wiring seems ok.

Ford transit connect side door will lock but not unlock. The recall covers nearly 2 2. The side door is double locked and wont open. 2011 transit connect will not allow me to lock the doors anymore. Connect the other end.

Ford has issued another recall for faulty door latches which can fail to secure a door leading to its possibly coming open while the vehicle is being driven. Fuse is ok i ve disconnected the wires and connected locking mech directly to same wires to bypass the contact plate on the door i ve tried swapping red white with red black then double locking door to see if this opens it.
